Este artigo tem como propósito apresentar uma aplicação móvel (smartphones e/ou tablets), explorando a utilização da Realidade Aumentada como uma ferramenta de apoio voltada à assistência do consumidor no mercado alimentício (restaurantes, bares, etc.). Foi apresentada a realidade aumentada através da leitura de um QR Code e as ferramentas Unity e Vuforia, utilizadas em sua construção e, ainda, as possibilidades oferecidas pelo aplicativo, como a apresentação em 3D do produto. O aplicativo foi elaborado visando atender às necessidades de um atendimento rápido, fluído e abrangente. Abstract In the commercial scenario, technology has proven to be a strong ally in the process of buying and selling consumer goods, whether durable or non- durable, and an alternative for those looking for innovation and efficiency in customer service. The purpose of this article is to present a mobile application (smartphones and / or tablets), exploring the use of Augmented Reality as a support tool for consumer assistance and satisfaction in the food market (restaurants, bars, etc.). The augmented reality will be presented by reading QR Code and the Unity and Vuforia, engines used in its construction, as well as the possibilities offered by the application, such as the 3D presentation of the product. The application will be designed to meet the needs of fast, fluid and comprehensive service through a concept so as to supply with all the information of a product to be sold.
