%A da Silva, Paulo Juliano Rodrigues %A Maffra, Aparecida Alvarez %D 2022 %T UTILIZAÇÃO DE TÉCNICAS DE BIOENGENHARIA NA CONTENÇÃO DE FEIÇÃO EROSIVA EM TALUDE %K %X A bioengenharia é uma área da geotecnia que a cada dia expande seus horizontes no que diz respeito às técnicas de contenção de erosão em taludes. Deste modo, através de um estudo de caso, o objetivo geral desse trabalho foi analisar a eficiência de técnicas de bioengenharia na contenção da feição erosiva em talude ao longo do rio Manhuaçu, na Bacia Hidrográfica do rio Manhuaçu, no estado de Minas Gerais. Os objetivos específicos do estudo foram verificar o conceito de vertente e sua relação com o processo erosivo, e comparar os custos de implantação de técnicas de bioengenharia e convencional para contenção de feição erosiva na área de estudo. Através dos resultados obtidos, observou-se que a técnica de bioengenharia utilizada foi eficiente na contenção da feição erosiva na área. Além de ser ecologicamente correta, pois ao fazer uso de materiais naturais, provoca menor impacto ao meio ambiente. O custo para a implantação apenas da técnica de bioengenharia foi inferior à utilização conjunta de métodos de bioengenharia e convencional e a da utilização apenas de técnica convencional. Conclui-se que estudos voltados para essa área auxiliarão no desenvolvimento e na maior utilização de práticas naturais, eficazes e de menor custo na contenção de feições erosivas. Abstract Bioengineering is an area of geotechnics that every day expands its horizons with regard to slope erosion containment techniques. Thus, through a case study, the general objective of the study was to analyze the efficiency of bioengineering techniques in the containment of the erosive feature on slopes along the Manhuaçu River, in the Manhuaçu River Watershed, in the state of Minas Gerais. Specific objectives of the study were to verify the slope concept and its relationship with the erosive process, and to compare the costs of implementing bioengineering and conventional techniques to contain erosive features in the study area. Through the results obtained, it was observed that the bioengineering technique used was efficient in containing the erosive feature in the area, in addition to being ecologically correct, because when using natural materials, they cause less impact to the environment. The cost for implementing only the bioengineering technique was lower than the combined use of bioengineering and conventional methods and the use of only the conventional technique.
