O método utilizado nesse artigo será de caráter pesquisa aplicada, dentro das práticas do profissional da área de engenharia clínica, também utilizando pesquisa exploratória junto às normas e requisitos para atuação em área, abordando a classificação do risco do local. O estudo ressalta a importância do bom dimensionamento do uso correto dos EPI’s (equipamento de proteção individual) nas práticas de cada colaborador, visando minimizar a probabilidade de algum tipo de lesão. Abstract The article aims to dimension and demonstrate which equipment and which would be the best practices for professionals in the clinical engineering area, aiming to prevent and improve the work environment, having as support the NR-32 (Regulatory Standard) with the classification of risks of the areas of activity. The method used in this article will be of an applied research character, where it will be applied within the practices of the clinical engineering professional, also using exploratory research along the rules and requirements for acting in the area and addressing the risk classification of the place. The study emphasizes the importance of proper sizing of the use of correct PPE (personal protective equipment) in the practices of each employee, aiming to minimize the probability that one of them suffers some type of injury due to lack of it.
