O presente artigo visa a importância de uma mudança no ordenamento jurídico atual, explicando o Controle Familiar e a falta de estruturação na lei 9.263/96, do Planejamento Familiar, diante de diversos problemas sociais oriundos da ausência de uma estrutura adequada no âmbito familiar. Abordando os princípios defendidos pela Carta Magna entre outros existentes, que operam dentro do ordenamento jurídico do país e as divergências na errônea hierarquia entre eles, demonstra-se o que seria mais viável para criança e/ou adolescente mediante à necessidade urgente de evolução e transformação da sociedade como um todo. O documento writ, também apresenta as possíveis chances da mudança ou junção dos institutos, focando na implementação de ideais para o desenvolvimento social.

Abstract
This article aims at the importance of a change in the current legal system, explaining the Family Control and the lack of structuring in Law 9.263 / 96, Family Planning, in the face of various social problems arising from the absence of adequate structure within the family. Addressing the principles defended by the Magna Carta, among others, that operate within the legal system of the country and the divergences in the erroneous hierarchy between them, it is demonstrated what would be more feasible for children and / or adolescents through the urgent need for evolution and transformation society as a whole. The writ document will also present the possible chances of the change or joining of the institutes, focusing on the implementation of ideals for social development.
