RELATO DE EXPERIÊNCIA EM GRUPO: Mulheres se Reinventando
Mulher. Feminismo. Empoderamento. Grupo.
Resumo
O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar os efeitos produzidos e partilhados por um grupo de sete mulheres a partir de encontros mensais sem temática definida previamente. A proposta do grupo surgiu a partir de uma vivência de misoginia, que fomentou o interesse em criar um grupo, para que mulheres pudessem relatar suas experiências e principalmente apoiar afetivamente outras mulheres que se sintam de alguma forma diminuída ou reprimida em seu contexto social, familiar, entre outros. O grupo tinha como proposta promover o empoderamento das mulheres à medida que ia ampliando uma visão de mundo e dando novas perspectivas frente a vida. A prática foi nomeada de reinvenção “pelas próprias mulheres”, no encontro inicial. O grupo se encontrou mensamente, durante 5 meses, com duração de uma hora e trinta minutos, partilhando suas experiências em “ser” mulher numa sociedade machista e engendrada pelo patriarcado. Debates e reflexões giravam em torno do conceito de gênero e empoderamento. Os encontros foram imponentes dispositivos de integração e de apoio socioafetivo.
Abstract
The objective of this work is to present some effects produced and shared by a group of seven women from monthly meetings without a previously defined theme. The project arose from an experience of misogyny and which fostered the interest in creating a group so that women could report their experiences mainly to affectionately support other women who feel somehow diminished or repressed in their social, family context, among others. The group's proposal was to promote the empowerment of women as they expanded their worldview and gave new perspectives on life. The practice was called reinvention "by the women themselves" at the initial meeting. The group met monthly, for 5 months, lasting an hour and thirty minutes, sharing their experiences of "being" a woman in a macho society and engendered by the patriarchy Debates and reflections revolved around the concept of gender and empowerment. The meetings were impressive devices for integration and socio-affective support.
