CRAS IMMERSION IN THE XXX/RJ NEIGHBORHOOD: Understanding and Reconstruction of Territorialities in Vulnerability Environment
Resumo
O artigo trata-se de um recorte de pesquisa realizada pelo Laboratório de Estudos de Violência contra Crianças e Adolescente. O trabalho une discussões da análise de conteúdo e o conceito de territorialidade nas falas de profissionais da Assistência Social do Município de XXX, o Centro de Referência de Assistência Social. Dentre os objetivos, questiona-se como os profissionais percebem esse território e como o equipamento tem atuado dentro dessas vivências. O método utilizado foi análise qualitativa, com entrevista semiestruturada. Discute-se a compreensão do território em que o CRAS está inserido, a percepção dos profissionais e a construção de novas territorialidades a partir do trabalho, entendendo suas limitações, avanços e estigmas. Como resultado dessa pesquisa, foi verificada a construção de uma relação recíproca e pertinente no território, uma imersão da equipe técnica ao cotidiano da comunidade, e a adesão deste equipamento a vivência dos moradores, sendo um serviço de ação potente.
Abstract
The article is a research clipping conducted by the Laboratory for Studies of Violence against Children and Adolescents. The work combines discussions of content analysis and the concept of territoriality in the speeches of Social Assistance professionals in the Municipality of XXX the Social Assistance Reference Center. Among the objectives, it is questioned how professionals perceive this territory and how the equipment has acted within these experiences. The method used was qualitative analysis, with semi-structured interviews. It discusses the understanding of the territory in which the CRAS is inserted, the perception of professionals and the construction of new territorialities from work, understanding its limitations, advances and stigmas. As a result of this research, it was verified the construction of a reciprocal and relevant relationship in the territory, an immersion of the technical team in the daily life of the community, and the adherence of this equipment to the residents' experience, being a powerful action service.
