THE DEMANDS PRESENTED TO THE SOCIAL SERVICE OF THE PUBLIC MINISTRY OF THE STATE OF RIO DE JANEIRO ADVOCATES OF THE PROMOTORIES OF JUSTICE OF CHILDREN AND YOUTH IN THE VOLTA REDONDA CITY

Resumo

A pesquisa é fruto do trabalho de conclusão de curso e foi realizada no Ministério Público do Estado do Rio de Janeiro na Comarca de Volta Redonda junto às promotorias da Infância e Juventude, com o objetivo de identificar os tipos de demandas encaminhadas ao Serviço Social junto às Promotorias de Justiça da Infância e Juventude no período de julho de 2011 a julho e 2012. A proposta foi verificar os tipos de violações de direitos em relação à diversidade de processos recebidos no período entre julho de 2011 a julho de 2012, verificando junto aos Promotores de Justiça a importância do Serviço Social na Instituição, bem como a assessoria que lhe é prestada pela equipe. A metodologia utilizada foi pesquisa qualitativa, pesquisa bibliográfica, com observação participante e análise nos prontuários.

Abstract

The research is the result of completion of course work and was held at the Public Ministry of the State of Rio de Janeiro at Volta Redonda District next to the prosecutors for Children and Youth, in order to identify the types of demands sent to the Social Service from the Prosecutor of Justice for Children and Youth from July 2011 to July 2012. the proposal and was to verify the types of rights violations in relation to the diversity of cases received in the period from July 2011 to July 2012, checking with the Promoters Justice of the importance of social work in the institution as well as the advice provided to it by the team. The methodology was qualitative research literature, with participant observation and analysis in the medical records.
