ANÁLISE DO DESENVOLVIMENTO SUSTENTÁVEL NO BALANÇO SOCIAL DA EMPRESA ELETRONUCLEAR
ANALYSIS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT IN THE SOCIAL BALANCE OF THE ELETRONUCLEAR COMPANY
Resumo
O objetivo deste trabalho foi demonstrar, bem como, analisar a sustentabilidade ambiental nos resultados financeiros das organizações. De forma específica, buscou-se descrever os fundamentos da Contabilidade Ambiental; mensurar os resultados da estrutura financeira, Balanço Social, ao inserir medidas e ações socioambientais no processo produtivo; e, analisar o relatório de sustentabilidade da empresa em estudo. A metodologia adotou os procedimentos da pesquisa qualitativa e quantitativa, realizando uma revisão bibliográfica e um estudo de caso da empresa Eletronuclear, onde foi analisado seu relatório de sustentabilidade ambiental. O resultado alcançado foi que não houve impacto negativo no seu balanço social, apenas positivo, pois os investimentos compensaram para a empresa, pelos benefícios que ela obteve através da sua boa imagem de cumpridora de seus deveres socioambientais, redução de multas e processos.
Abstract
The objective of this work was to demonstrate, as well as, to analyze the environmental sustainability in the financial results of the organizations. Specifically, we sought to: describe the fundamentals of Environmental Accounting; To measure the results of the financial structure,Social Balance, when inserting socio-environmental measures and actions in the productive process; And, analyze the sustainability report of the company under study. The methodology adopted qualitative and quantitative research procedures, carrying out a bibliographical review and a case study of Eletronuclear, where the environmental sustainability report was analyzed. The result was that there was no negative impact on its social balance, only positive, since the investments compensated for the company, for the benefits it obtained through its good image of fulfilling its social-environmental duties, reduction of fines and lawsuits.
