SPELLING DIFFICULTIES IN THE TEXTUAL STRUCTURE OF ENEM WRITINGS: The Importance of Reading in the Classroom
Resumo
O presente artigo parte da ideia de que o desenvolvimento da redação do Enem é um dos momentos mais difíceis durante o processo do exame educacional nacional, o maior do Brasil. O trabalho pretende mostrar o quão é necessário entender a importância da leitura em sala de aula para que esses indivíduos pratiquem o ensino de ortografia através da prática textual e, assim, obtenham resultados satisfatórios nas redações. Por isso, além de destacar alguns exemplos, retirados de uma apostila desenvolvida pelo Inep em parceria com a FGV, também discutiremos detalhes dos exemplos coletados e porquê são frequentemente encontrados. O estudo tem como objetivo discutir tais erros, com alguns parágrafos retirados de redações do Enem 2019, e debater como a leitura em sala de aula pode levar os alunos a cometerem menos erros ortográficos em redações de exames importantes como o Enem, sabendo que o incentivo deve começar por parte dos mediadores.
Abstract
This article starts from the idea that the development of the Enem essay is one of the most difficult moments during the process of the national educational exam, the largest in Brazil. The work intends to show how it is necessary to understand the importance of reading in the classroom so that these individuals practice spelling teaching through textual practice and, thus, obtain satisfactory results in their essays. Therefore, in addition to highlighting some examples, taken from a handout developed by Inep in partnership with FGV, we will also discuss details of the examples collected and why they are frequently found. The study aims to discuss such errors, with some paragraphs taken from essays from Enem 2019, and to debate how reading in the classroom can lead students to make fewer spelling mistakes in essays for important exams such as Enem, knowing that the incentive it must start with the mediators.
