PATHOLOGICAL MANIFESTATIONS IN OAE'S: A Case Study Bridge Over Rio Real
Resumo
O concreto armado é um material extremamente difundido no Brasil e no mundo pelo qual muitas estruturas são concebidas devido sua boa trabalhabilidade, resistência e durabilidade que estima-se tempo mínimo de 50 anos, segundo a NBR 6118:2014. Entretanto, a ação de agentes agressivos que existem no meio ambiente, erros de projeto, de execução, ausência de manutenção preventiva e corretiva acabam reduzindo significativamente a vida útil das estruturas feitas com este material, comprometendo os parâmetros de desempenho estrutural, funcional e de durabilidade, o que resulta no colapso parcial ou total da Obra de Arte Especial. O presente trabalho aborda as manifestações patológicas, os ensaios que auxiliam na identificação dos problemas e seus possíveis diagnósticos. Este artigo também apresenta um estudo de caso da Ponte sobre o Rio Real, na rodovia BA-099, em Jandaíra, Bahia.
Abstract
The reinforced concrete is an extremely widespread material in Brazil and in the world. Many structures are designed using this material, which has good workability, strength and durability. The estimate is that this material has a minimum expected durability of 50 years, according to NBR 6118:2014, but the action of aggressive agents that exist in the environment, design and execution errors, lack of preventive and corrective maintenance end up reducing significantly the useful life of structures made with this material, compromising the parameters of structural, functional and durability performance and resulting in the partial or total collapse of the Special Work of Art. The present work aims to present the pathological manifestations, the tests that help in the identification of the problems and their possible diagnoses.
