UMA ABORDAGEM DA ARQUITETURA VOLTADA PARA A SOCIOEDUCAÇÃO
AN ARCHITECTURE APPROACH TO A SOCIOEDUCATION
Resumo
A socioeducação no Brasil é um conceito novo, vindo como alternativa contra práticas punitivas e de cunho repressor praticadas por quase um século, voltadas aos adolescentes que cometem atos infracionais, sem que tenham apresentado eficácia válida. Diante das entidades já existentes, voltadas para o cumprimento de medida socioeducativa, percebe-se que se faz necessário a construção de novos espaços, auxiliares aos já existentes, permitindo à descentralização das práticas voltadas a assistência social e educacional desses jovens. Com isso, torna-se útil como forma de auxiliar o tratamento desses jovens, a proposta de um novo Centro Socioeducativo, pertencente à rede municipal, no qual possam ser desenvolvidas práticas conjuntas aos órgãos já existentes e baseado no trabalho interdisciplinar focado nas questões que mais norteiam a juventude em situação de delito que são a dependência química e o pertencimento a facção criminosa, possibilitando uma reflexão crítica acerca da realidade em que se inserem. Através da análise de espaços já existentes e da entrevista junto aos socioeducandos e socioeducadores, foi possível identificar a importância do uso da arquitetura para sanar essa demanda, possibilitando a implantação de um ambiente que surja como resposta à necessidade de novas práticas na área relativa à socioeducação.
Abstract
The socioeducation in Brazil is a new concept, coming as an alternative against punitive and repressive practices practiced for almost a century, aimed at adolescents who commit infractions, without having presented valid efficacy. In view of the existing entities, focused on the fulfillment of socio-educational measures, it is perceived that it is necessary to construct new spaces, ancillary to existing ones, allowing the decentralization of practices aimed at the social and educational assistance of theseyoung people. With this, it is useful as a way to help the treatment of these young people, the proposal of a new Socio-educational Center, belonging to the municipal network, in which joint practices can be developed to existing organs and based on interdisciplinary work focused on the issues that most guide the youth in a crime situation that are the chemical dependency and the criminal faction, allowing a critical reflection on the reality in which they are inserted. Through the analysis of existing spaces and the interview with the socioeducandos and socioeducadores, it was possible to identify the importance of using the architecture to heal this demand, enabling the implementation of an environment that arises in response to the need for new practicesin the area related to socioeducation.
