SINGLE SYSTEM OF SOCIAL ASSISTANCE: a cut of the Municipality of Resende - RJ

Resumo

A preocupação básica deste estudo é refletir sobre o Sistema Único de Assistência Social – SUAS, no município de Resende/ RJ, tendo como principal objetivo analisar e avaliar a implementação do SUAS, trazendo como parâmetro de avaliação os princípios e diretrizes da Lei Orgânica de Assistência Social – LOAS (com as mudanças referentes a Lei 12.435 de 2011), os objetivos e eixos estruturantes apresentados pela Política Nacional de Assistência Social – PNAS e as regulamentações e critérios da Norma Operacional Básica – NOB, bem como fazer um recorte sobre a atual conjuntura do município no que tange a Política de Assistência Social.

Abstract

The main concern of this study is to reflect on the Unique System of Social Assistance - SUAS, in the city of Resende / RJ, with the main objective of analyzing and evaluating the implementation of SUAS, bringing as a parameter of evaluation the principles and guidelines of The Organic Law (Law 12,435 of 2011), the objectives and the structural axes presented by the National Social Assistance Policy (PNAS) and the regulations and criteria of the Basic Operational Standard (NOB), as well as reduce the current situation of the municipality in relation to the Social Assistance Policy.
