O presente artigo tem como finalidade a construção de uma impressora 3D, com a obtenção de materiais existentes no mercado e com base em estudos de artigos e modelos já existentes. A mesma possui o método de criação de objetos camada por camada, onde está sendo utilizados o software inventor, Simplify 3D e repetier, que a partir deles se fará a criação e impressão respectivamente da ferramenta desejada, utilizando como matéria prima para a impressão os filamentos PLA (Ácido polilático) e ABS (Acrilonitrila butadieno estireno). A princípio serão demonstrados os conceitos e as etapas de desenvolvimento da impressora 3D, bem como os resultados obtidos.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to construct a 3D printer, obtaining materials from the market and based on studies of existing articles and models. The same has the method of creating objects layer by layer, where the inventor software, Simplify 3D and repeater are used, that from them will be created and printed respectively of the desired tool, using as raw material for printing the filaments PLA (Polylactic acid) and ABS (Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene). At the outset the concepts and stages of development of the 3D printer will be demonstrated, as well as the results obtained.
