A Influência dos Pais na Alimentação dos Filhos

Resumen

A infância é uma fase importante na formação dos hábitos alimentares, pois é nela que começa a formação do paladar e a introdução de alimentos. É nessa fase da vida que se devem estimular hábitos alimentares saudáveis, que serão levados por toda vida desse indivíduo. O objetivo desse trabalho é relacionar a obesidade com os responsáveis das crianças através da literatura disponível. Trata-se de uma revisão bibliográfica utilizando livros, artigos e sites como fonte de pesquisa referente ao tema proposto. No decorrer da revisão observou que o meio ambiente, ou seja, o meio social, sobretudo o familiar tem grande parcela na questão obesidade infantil contribuindo assim com o estilo de vida das crianças.

Abstract

Introduction: Childhood is an important phase in the formation of eating habits because it begins the formation of taste and the introduction of food. It is at this stage of life that healthy eating habits should be stimulated, which will be taken throughout this individual's life. Objective: The objective of this study is to relate obesity with children's guardians through the available literature. Methodology: This is a bibliographic review using books, articles, and websites as a source of research related to the proposed theme. Final Considerations: During the review, he observed that the environment, that is, the social environment, especially the family member, has a large portion in the issue of childhood obesity, thus contributing to the children's lifestyle.
