THE HUMANIZED LOOK AT ORTHOGRAPHICS ERRORS

Resumo

O presente artigo propõe enfatizar a necessidade de um olhar humanizado sobre os erros de ortografia, levando em consideração a natureza de tais equívocos e diferentes pontos de vista ao abordar estes episódios. Foram adotadas, para a realização dessa discussão, fontes bibliográficas acerca do ensino de ortografia e a abordagem do erro ortográfico em sala de aula, juntamente às obras de Marcos Bagno e Mário Perini. Discute-se a motivação do indivíduo ao realizar um traço específico de reprodução gráfica da fala, as raízes do tratamento padrão de condenar certas variações da língua e um novo ponto de vista em relação a realização do erro como degrau para o aprendizado significativo. Ao fim do estudo, é considerada a instrução do professor no que se refere ao seu comportamento avaliativo em sala de aula e a sistematização do erro como forma de edificar o aprendizado.

Abstract

This article aims to emphasize the need for a humanized look upon orthography errors, taking into account the nature of such misunderstanding and different points of view when approaching these episodes. To carry out this discussion, bibliographical sources about the teaching of orthography and the approach to orthographic errors in the classroom were adopted, along with the works of Marcos Bagno and Mário Perini. The individual's motivation to perform a specific graphic reproduction of speech, the roots of the standard treatment of condemning certain variations of the language and a new point of view regarding the realization of error as a step towards meaningful learning are discussed. At the end of the study, the teacher's instruction regarding their evaluative behavior in the classroom and the systematization of the error as a way to build learning is considered.
