DOUBLE FACE OF PROTECTION IN THE GUARANTEE OF RIGHTS SYSTEM

Resumen

O presente trabalho pretende analisar as possíveis violações à criança e ao adolescente no Sistema de Garantia de Direitos (SGD). Presumivelmente, tais violações sejam produzidas pela sobreimplicação dos profissionais, por uma segmentação e comunicação insuficiente no Sistema e a falta de um fluxo de atendimento sistematizado. Esse estudo pretende também dar visibilidade à forma desarticulada de atuação do SGD na proteção às crianças, o que na maioria das vezes acaba por violar seus direitos fundamentais. Há também a proposta de uma análise crítica do saber-fazer do psicólogo nos serviços ofertados pelo SGD, muitas vezes atuando de forma desarticulada e premido pela lógica da urgência.

Abstract

The present work aims to analyze possible violations of children and adolescents in the Sistema de Garantia de Direitos (SGD). Such violations may be caused by over implication of the professionals, insufficient sectioning and communication in the Service System, and lack of systematized service flow. This study also intends to give visibility to a disjointed form of action of the SGD protecting children, which in most cases ends up violating their fundamental rights. We still propose a critique of the psychologist's know-how in the services, often a critical analysis in a disjointed way and pressed by the logic of urgency.
