REMODELAGEM DE PROJETO PARA ESCOLA PÚBLICA: Os ganhos na Produção Individual de Energia Elétrica Fotovoltaica em Equipamento de Educação Infantil

PUBLIC SCHOOL PROJECT REMODELING: Gains from Individual Production of Photovoltaic Electric Energy in Childhood Education Equipment

Résumé

Este artigo trabalha com a especulação, no desempenho de ordem econômica e ambiental, sobre a implantação de um sistema de energia solar fotovoltaico a partir da reformulação de um Projeto para uma Escola Infantil (Governo Federal - MEC). Foi aqui adotado uma Metodologia de Revisão Bibliográfica para esclarecimentos em relação: à matriz energética brasileira; à tecnologia disponível para placas solares; e à variação do custo da energia elétrica no país, através de remodelações de Projeto original (Escola Infantil - MEC). Após o estudo, construiu-se o argumento, através de teorias e técnicas econômicas, sobre a viabilidade do Projeto remodelado, pois, em hipótese, o sistema oferece retorno financeiro e ambiental em poucos anos.

Abstract   

This article works with a specification on the economic and environmental performance of the implantation of a solar photovoltaic energy system from the reform of the Infant School of the Federal Government (Ministry of Education). The bibliographic review methodology was adopted to clarify the Brazilian energy matrix, the technology available for solar panels and the variation in the cost of electricity in the country, through the remodeling of the original project (kindergarten). After the study, the argument was constructed, through theory and economic techniques, of the feasibility of the project, as the system offers financial and environmental returns in a few years.
